The dry cleaned tux was returned with missing buttons

I was made aware of the 20% promo. But we (me and staff on hand) had a lot of difficulty figuring it out since it required the download of the app and a promo code that was never given. All of us were frustrated with it, so it was said that the discount would be applied on pickup. On pickup, however, the same issue occurred which was that the laundry was checked in prior to us figuring out the technical app issues and therefore the 20% promo did not apply because the billing system required the promo to be applied PRIOR to check in. So, in the end, we had it resolved but not without quite a bit of headache.the drycleaning/laundry drop-off was easy but it was the customer experience that lacked due to forced use of app.

I had a few issues with my order. First, two of my shirts weren't ready in time so I had to come back to get them. Second, one of my shirts came back with some new stains on it and what looked like mild iron burns on the back. I've already brought it in to be looked at. Third, I'm a new customer and wasn't aware that shirts are either laundered or dry cleaned. I thought all shirts were $3.50 to clean so I was surprised dry cleaning was $8. That said, all of my shirts but the one look great and you were fast. However, a few issues did detract from the experience. Thanks.

Two suit jackets do not look at washed...

Items came back quite dirty.

There have been a few times when our delivery or pick-up doesn't come on the days it's supposed to. Also, there have been a few times when items have been lost and I've tried to call the telephone number, only to have people not answer or say they will call back and never do. I finally had to call the Edina store directly and they were lovely and my items were found.

Two separate receipts for personal and work clothes

I asked for a button to be sown back onto a pair of shorts and not to get them cleaned. My was request was forgotten but I was able to come in and ask for my shorts back before being cleaned. I'm not upset just a little bothered that if I didn't happen to come in when I did, I would have had to pay for my shorts to be cleaned when I didn't want them to be.

I asked for shorts to be hung and they came back boxed.

I love the atmosphere, decor, etc. but the actual quality of the cleaning is sub par. The stains aren't removed and I am able to get them out at home no-problem.

I left my clothes on Saturday and was told that the delivery would happen on Tuesday afternoon. However I had to call in to check about the status of my order since the clothes were not delivered on Tuesday as promised. Then the associate told me that the following morning they would be delivered, which they were.

I had exempted to pick up my order several times but the location at the Crocker galleria was closed for one hour at lunch time.

I only got part of my order and had to return for the rest.

I am not getting regular pick ups on Fridays

Wish there was more coupons

Speed was good, order was done properly, just too expensive. $65 for a couple hems and some dry cleaning just seems too much.
