Minneapolis StoreOne of the suit jackets came back with some rippling on the lapel and disfigurement on the shoulder.One pair of wool slacks was pressed with creases down the sides instead of down the front and back of the leg. I hadn't instructed since I assumed they would be pressed the more formal way.I'm also not sure if I received the 10% off (new customer discount). I paid $80.55 for 10 items.

207 Berry St. StoreI dropped off my $700 suit at your Post St location. I specifically told the gentlemen to be careful with my suit on dry cleaning. The buttons are bleached and the suit looks okay for now.... I am very disappointed.

207 Berry St. StoreThey charged my boyfriend $80 for a piece that was not cleaned. It even said on the receipt "DO NOT CLEAN". However, when we realized the issue, they were quick to remedy it and give him a refund. It was a hassle and frustrating, but the customer support folks were fantastic.

Minneapolis StoreI went into the store prior to dropping off my clothing to get a quote. on pressing (not cleaning) 2 formal dresses. I was quoted $12 -15 per dress.When I picked up my order I was originally charged $39.00. I returned shortly after and discussed with LaDonna. Eventually I was credited $13.00 that I was overcharged but have not received any receipt which I had requested.

207 Berry St. StoreWhen I got my item home the shoulder pad was torn out from the dress that I was going to wear that day when I took it out of the plastic. It was disappointing and I know that this drycleaners prides itself on making the order perfect..

St. Louis Park StoreI have to be honest, this is the first negative experience I have had with Mulberry's. After I dropped my order at the front desk (222 apartments) I received 2 separate phone calls from a third party delivery service who could not find my building and also were asking which Mulberry location to bring it to. I'm not sure if you guys switches from your proprietary delivery service to a 3PL and are working the bugs out, but I was concerned my order would get lost. But the quality of your work is second to none and the store locations are fabulous.

St. Louis Park StoreWe love Mulberrys, and love the convenience of pickup/delivery, we just hit a couple of snags this time. We were originally scheduled a delivery window of 9-10am, so we put the clothes outside on our porch in advance of that window, but when the clothes hadn't been picked up yet that afternoon we were concerned and called Mulberry and were told that they would be picked up sometime that day. The window is nice because it minimizes the time we leave our clothes outside, but it's worthless if it's not adhered to.The second hiccup was that our order included a wedding dress. The pickup scheduling email said "Please note that households, leathers, rugs, alterations, and wedding items may require additional time, in which case we will email you with the revised dropoff date." However, we never received an email with a revised delivery date. Everything but the dress was delivered and 2 days later we still hadn't heard anything so we called to find out that the wedding dress would not be ready until 7/21.No harm no foul, but I figure Mulberrys intends to meet the pickup/delivery windows and communicate changes, and maybe it's just a result of being close to the 4th of July holiday, but I thought it was worth noting.

St. Louis Park StoreI'm not sure what happened with the on demand delivery. I had problems with online scheduling, so I called and was assured that my clothes would be picked up. When it was later in the day and my clothes still hadn't been picked up, I called again, and I was told they'd be picked up that day. They never got picked up. When I dropped off my clothes, they got delivered back to my house correctly and look great.
