Minneapolis StoreIt was late, unfortunately, again. I was not notified after fighting traffic...again. The little things affect choosing vendors. Reminds me of the time I brought in a table runner to be cleaned and you did not clean the chocolate I brought in for spot cleaning...I was told it was on the back side, the side I use, after paying you, I had to bring it to a vendor that thought that side was worth cleaning, along with my white dress that after charging me you told me was too delicate to try to get the same chocolate out :-( I still try use you on occasion because my boyfriend uses you - once or twice a week.

Minneapolis StoreThis was my first time using Mulberry's pick-up/drop-off service. When being picked up, I was a little taken a back at the fact that a man who was wearing street clothes (no mulberry's branded clothing) driving his own personal vehicle was picking up a bag of my clothing. He didn't even say he was here for a mulberry's pick-up, he stated the name of a company that I can't remember (I assumed it was some type of courier service). From now on, I think I'll drop-off myself.

St. Louis Park StoreMy close were sent out for delivery after I had dropped them at the slp location...had no idea they were being delivered and it created a lot of confusion for myself and the delivery driver (who couldnt find my apt). Delivery is always really difficult with mulberrys so I just skip it now.

Minneapolis StoreSo when picking up my last order, I brought in a couple of additional items to be dry cleaned. This was Sunday. They said they would be ready in a few days (Wednesday) versus the normal 2 days (Tuesday). I asked for them to be done on Tuesday and then said I would have to pay a "Next Day Rush" charge. Granted now this is not the same as a "Same Day" rush. I asked why and it was said that they were so busy that if I wanted them in two days I would have to pay an additional 10%. Now first of all, if you are so busy why as a customer am I being penalized for it? Plus it does NOT say anywhere on either your website nor your pricing charts at the store about this policy. When I go some place I would like consistency and not some random up charge that is not stated anywhere just because they are busy.

St. Paul StoreI was quoted a rate that ended up being one half of what I was actually charged for a dress hemming. When I dropped the dress off I was told it would be $25-$35. It ended up being $70. Unpleasant surprise and probably won't be returning as a customer.

St. Louis Park StoreAs usual, the shirts were done well. Unfortunately, they were left at the front door after I called the day before and asked that they not be delivered until Tuesday. Luckily a neighbor brought them in since I'm not home to take them off the front door. How can I be assured that if I call for a vacation stop that it will be done?

Minneapolis StoreThe staff member that helped me was not friendly. I have been going to mulberrys on lyndale for years and the past couple of time I pick the staff are not engaged with me. My clothes came out great I just wish the staff was friendly like they use to be.

St. Louis Park StoreAlthough this time was not the best experience, I have previously had exceptional service. This time they lost track of my item and the communication on tracking it down was a bit complicated when it did not need to be. Probably does not happen often so the breakdown is probably unusual. Keep up the good work. I am a fan.
