Hello,When I asked for quotes before approving my last alterations and shoe repair, the final cost came in higher for both items. I'm not sure why I was quoted one thing and then charged another after I gave the "go ahead."

The delivery person who dropped off my clothes was not given my unit number (which I provided) and so had to call and text me multiple times which caused me to have to leave an important meeting early.

I asked that the shirts be folded. They were not folded for my flighr tomorrow. This instruction was in the notes of the order as well as confirmed by the pickup driver. I have sent a separate email to your main contact regarding this and two other orders that were not tended to according to requests in the notes section. It is frustrating that that the notes section seems to be completely disregarded once it reaches the actual laundry facility.

I was charged twice for a sport coat. Despite protesting this at the site the counter person continued to insist that I was just being given a surcharge for a linen shirt. I don't mind paying the surcharge, but if you look at the receipt it clearly states there are two pieces and I was charged 7.99 for a suit jacket, 7.99 for a hart shaffner sport coat and 2.99 for a linen shirt. So I should have been charged 3.49 for a shirt, 2.99 for a linen surcharge and 7.99, not 22 dollars.Also I brought the clothes in at 7:30 on Thursday. I was told they couldn't be done until Tuesday at Five. I said that was not acceptable. She said then I have to pay a same day surcharge. I stated that I had brought clothes in on a Thursday am before and they were done by Friday at 5, without a surcharge. I was told they were backed up and it was a "production issue." She said I could could them Friday at 5 without a surcharge "this one time." I don't think having changing standards from week to week regarding pricing is fair or appropriate.You guys need to be a little more on top of things over there.Lastly, Ruth, the counter person on weekends on Grand is always super helpful and great to work with. This trip was better than the last - the clerk was more pleasant but never asked how I wanted the shirts done and I forgot to tell her no starch ! Hoping you can pass that onto the people who do the cleaning ? Thanks Lorri SteffenAnd how do I get the 5$ credit ?

I responded to the email request to confirm for any pick up on upcoming Monday. Next day I called in to redeem a 50% of next service. They told me no pickup had been scheduled to which I confirmed in fact it had though online. So they scheduled and gave me the coupon. This was all by Friday. Then Monday came n went and no pickup. What? Called again and again said no delivery was scheduled. Not true times two! FINALLY after expressing my frustration they got my pickup that Thursday. But of course they had already forgotten my 50% discount. Employees and management need better communication system!!!

There was a spot on my pants, the main reason I sent them to get cleaned, which was still there when I got them back. I don't believe it is something that couldn't be removed.

My customer experience at Mulberry's was great. Beautiful interior and customer service. I was happy with the price and quick dry cleaning service. However, my clothes weren't as clean as I expected. They were well pressed but the armpits of my suit jacket still smelled, similar to the smell of ironing something that hasn't been cleaned correctly.

The shirt I had cleaned was done just fine however it was returned to another person at my work site. The bag was marked with her name but the shirt belonged to me and thankfully we connected and I got it back.

All I've gotten delivered so far is another empty garment bag. I now have 3. I only need one. When I get my comforter returned, I can give more meaningful feedback.
