St. Paul StoreI brought my leather jacket to Mulberrys for cleaning/conditioning. It does appear clean, and perhaps it's as conditioned as this older jacket can get. However, it feels smaller than it was when I dropped it off, and I was hoping the leather would feel more supple than it does. This is disappointing for the $100 or so I spent.

Minneapolis StorePants look good as always however dress shirts look terrible, almost unfinished. Sleeves are very wrinkled. I noticed that Mulberrys presses the collar with the collar stays in which leaves an impression on the outside of the collar. Why do they do this?? I take out the collar stays from my shirt to prevent Mulberrys from doing this but they go ahead and include there own which are too big and think for my shirts. Again showing creases on my very expensive dress shirts. I'm definitely better off washing and ironing my shirts on my own.

Minneapolis StoreI consistently feel overcharged and I will likely change back to my old service. I bring in shirts for laundry, and there are significant extra charges for spots, buttons, added care, etc. that I don't hear about unless I question the bill. employees are fine, hours are handy, location is good. But the constant up charging to 5-6 bucks a shirt is outrageous, particularly without warning or approval. Your price board should read: "Laundered shirts.....Price available upon request", for more accuracy.

Eagan StoreI dropped my order off on a Sunday. I asked for my order to be next day. On my receipt it showed a Wednesday pickup and 20 items and I only had ten. I know they had to redo the order in the system, so I called the next day to make sure. The first person I spoke with seemed helpful, but the order was still not right in the system. She said she would fix it. But I waa still anxious about the whole thing because we were flying out of town on Wed, hence the request for next day service. I called again, just ro check and the answer I got was it "should be here Tues". That is not the answer you are looking for when have asked for reassurance of when your order will be back. I also askes for starch and there did not appear to be any, unless they just did light starch. The sleeves of the shirts did not have creases in them, either. I have never taken dress shirts to any other cleaners ans not had creases in the sleaves. The receipt is not very detailed, so I don't really even know what I paid for. But by the time I picked up my order, I was in a hurry and didn't have time to question the cost or know if they applied the 20% first time customer discount.

Minneapolis StoreI am always extremely satisfied with how clean my clothes are when I get them back. The only thing that is somewhat frustrating is the pricing/receipt. The receipt just shows the total amount of the purchase and when I look at my account online, I see, for example in my most recent order, six items priced at $7.99 each, which comes to a total of $47.94. However, my bill was just over $67. I'm fine if there were upcharges, but I would at least like to know what the upcharges are for. I have asked at the counter when I am paying and the customer service agent has never been able to explain it to me so I just stop asking. I just wish this were more transparent. Thank you.

St. Louis Park StoreThe pick-up and dry cleaning portions of the experience were excellent. Where things came unraveled a bit was on the drop-off. I had specified drop off time and instructions, but they weren't followed. First I was told to pick-up in-store. Then a Postmates employee contacted me with drop-off when I had instructed the items to be left with the doorman. Nothing was left, so this further delayed my receiving the items. The web interface could be a bit more clear as well. Not a terrible experience on the whole - just an average one. Thanks for asking for feedback!
