Hi,It was very busy when I was dropping off and the cashier didn't address anyone in the line or suggest we drop off at the counter without speaking with him. It would have saved a few of us some time. Thanks

Mulberrys was trying to provide good service but it got confusing. I left 1 shoe to have the heel tip replaced. The shoe repair called and wanted the other shoe but I didn't understand that they needed it to insure that they repaired the original properly. I thought they were saying they needed to repair both to make sure it was evenly done.I didn't want them both replaced. The shoe was not ready when I expected it to be and the staff at Mulberrys did not know why. It took some doing but finally I brought the other shoe in and will pick them up. It Is nice that Mulberrys provides shoe repair but the staff at the store is not knowledgeable . They can't really give estimates either. I found the experience frustrating. Otherwise, everyone was friendly. You do not need to follow up.

The survey seems to be messed up. I had to input my contact info a number of times before it accepted and then it took me to screen that says experience was less than perfect.I didn't select anything that would indicate that. On the contrary -- your service has always been very good and hence I keep coming back.

My duvet cover was still damp in the middle when i picked it up. It was folded up and never allowed to dry properly. This resulted in some bad wrinkles.

It was very good experience. The pricing is very high but quality is also high. I received a shirt back with stains on the breast. I never noticed the large stains on the front of my shirt before I had it dry cleaned, but I do not have any pictures to prove it. There was note saying they could not be lifted from the shirt without causing further damage but the stains were not there before I turned them in. I appreciate the customer service and will take this as a one time mistake.

Less than perfect because my order is still incomplete. I asked for a coat to be dry cleaned and a button repaired; however, the button was not repaired. As such, the coat was sent back.

I did alteration of my skirt, but the hem at front shorter then at the back. I contacted with alteration person, but she said that is ok. I'm wasn't agree with her. So, I still no satisfy. thank you.

Every time I have indicated there is a specific stain, I get the item back with the same exact stain. I have to send it back, and only then is the stain removed. This happens 9 out of 10 times. It's very frustrating.

We like Mulberrys. I am going to switch to picking up and dropping off at your Minnetonka/Hwy 7 facility. I am retired now, and time is no longer as important. The delivery pick up and drop off of my folded shirts has been a challenge at our new home. It has been an issue several times, with phone calls each time. We are going to stay with the company, but it seems better to do it the old fashioned way of drop off and pick up.No worries. You wanted feedback, so I am giving it. Mike

My two most recent Mulberrys dry cleanings were for two Thomas Pink silk shirts. I am sad to share that they both were shrunk, which is devastating for someone with my height and arm length. I spoke with the Grand Ave. Saint Paul location where they attempted to fix the problem, but were unsuccessful. Ruth, whom I spoke to on 12/17, was excellent and said she would let the concierge know about the issue and see what they could do about replacing the shirts. So, unhappy with the results of the first experience, very pleased with Ruth, and currently waiting to hear back from someone about addressing the issue.
