There was originally a very thick hem (probably 2”) and I requested an original hem to keep the look but that did not happen. The hem of the jean is now very narrow.

In a couple of words, the folding of my cloths was "Just Awful". Underwear mostly just shoved in the bag. Shirts should be folded as if they were just being purchased. The last couple of visits there has Ben no continuity in folding what so ever. Quick service but get the product right please.

While the turnaround time was great, I suspect my jacket was not even cleaned. It still had odors and was quite wrinkled. And the price quoted was different from the payment price which was very disappointing and uncomfortable as I had my son pick it up. I feel like I need to still get it cleaned and unfortunately elsewhere.

I brought a Pendleton wool blanket in about two weeks ago. It was dirty, no doubt wine, wax, and dirt all over. Mulberrys did a great job at getting the stains out but when I went to pick it up there was 'pilling' all over and the edge was wavy suggesting it shrunk quite a bit. They needed a couple more days to send it back and deal with the pilling, which they did except for the pills on the hem of the blanket. I appreciate the cleaning but at the same time bummed about the shrinkage, the wait, and the effort I have to put in finishing up the 'pilling' removal.

The atmosphere of the shop was nice, and I was pleased with how easy the experience was. Unfortunately, I am very displeased with the state of my garment. The dress I brought in had a few coin-size or smaller drops of food or drink down the front. It looks as though whoever attempted to clean it went too far. The dress now has two much larger faded circles around the stains. Very disappointed since this is irreversible.

Not a huge deal - got a text my order was ready, only part of it was. Additionally got there right at 9 and door was still locked for a few minutes. Again, not a big deal, just responding for $10 in the email!

It’s part my fault for not being diligent on asking the price of washing a pillowcase. However I never thought I’d be charged 14.99 per pillow case. That price seems to me a bit insane.

Love the service! But something went wrong and I need your help.I gave written instructions for my shirts to be hung. None were.One of these is a dress shirt, and it is now too wrinkly to wear! It doesn't need dry cleaning, it just needs to be hung after the normal wash/dry.I need at least my dress shirts hung, every time. If my written instructions can't be fulfilled with the arrangement we have, I need Mulberrys staff to proactively communicate with me. Do I need to buy a different deal from your company that includes shirt hanging? How do we work together to make sure my dress shirts are always hung?Thank you!

Everything was crammed into the bags so they were totally wrinkled. Absolutely everything. I have to either steam, dry again or iron but nothing can be worn as is. A few things were still damp.My ex-husband’s shirts never returned like this.

Your business was recommended to me by a friend, so I decided to try you out. I brought in two wool hats and a wool trench coat along with your on-line coupon for a $20 new customer discount. The store called to notify me that cleaning the hats would cost $70 apiece. I chose to not clean the hats and was thankful you called me to confirm the price.I picked up my items this week. There was no charge for the hats and $25 charge for the trench coat. Your attendant said that my $20 off coupon had been deducted from the total making the full cost of cleaning the coat $45. I thought that price was excessive and was grateful that I had the discount coupon. The previous cleaning cost me $18 at a different company. I will continue to search for a cleaner with good service and prices.

I was promised that my laundry would be delivered to my apartment door when I signed up. I called three times to make sure that my request would be honored. Neither of my deliveries were delivered to my door. They were left out in the foyer of my high rise apartment building. I have just gotten home from the hospital and am recovering wring with a bad back.
