The dry cleaning was fine. I also included boots for a shine, and the text said they were delivered. Security cameras from the Millennium show only things on hangers being delivered. Contacting you folks has been frustrating at best. Please find my boots and deliver them!!!

My deliveries are to be left in the side yard next to the garage on the Louis Road side of the house on the white hook. This is noted in my account and regular drop offs are made there. Today the large order was left at the front door - - fully visible to all porch pirates. It was hooked to the mailbox scratching the finish and knocked over the plant on the right side of the door below the mailbox.Delivery people working for your company should pay attention to the specifics of a clients account.

My plush mattress pad topper came back smelling like chemicals and all lumpy. I wanted it washed and dried and fluffed thoroughly (like a down comforter) and it is so lumpy now I can’t put it back on my bed. They didn’t seem to dry it well so all the fill was still lumpy and in clumps. Was really looking forward to a fresh smelling, fluffed up mattress topper pad and it came back smelling like dry cleaning chemicals and lumpy. Very disappointed. I wish I hadn’t sent to you because I can’t use it now.

I am very disappointed in the most recent service. The duvet cover doesn’t fit out king bed anymore because of how small it is. Very disappointed considering it was purchased two weeks ago. In addition to that it wasn’t even pressed or ironed. Both the top and bottom are wrinkled.

It was my first time using the scheduled pick up method. The first scheduled pick up was completely blown off with no word from anyone - no one ever showed up or called. After multiple attempts to call I couldn't reach anyone so sent two emails before finally getting a response. That pick up worked and the item cam back came nicely cleaned but there were additional charges that I wasn't expecting. I again couldn't reach anyone by phone so I just let it go. Just not a great experience but i know everyone is doing the best they can with the big changes in everything.

When I picked up my order on 3/19, one of my blouses was missing. I emailed Erika on 3/24 to inquire if my blouse was located. Erika emailed me back that due to COVID-19, she is temporarily laid off. She indicated that all the information about my blouse was forwarded to the plant manager. I have not heard ANYTHING back. This was an expensive blouse, and I do not wish for this to "just go away". Thank you.

They lost my laundry a few weeks ago, and now I was unable to open my locker last night. I've been using the service for over 10 years, and it's never been a problem to open my locker. Now that was a wasted trip and I don't have my clothes.

This was my first delivery experience and it isn't something I am likely to repeat. After selecting a pickup and next day delivery on the app, I received multiple calls after the clothes were picked up that the next day was not possible and it would be Monday. If I had known that, I wouldn't have had you pick it up. Then when unpacking my clothes, I was missing a pair of suit pants. After calling the delivery store, they said they were ready at another store. I had not received any notification of a missing item nor that they were ready at another store. Not a good experience.

The staff was good and my wedding dress was cleaned well. They promised my wedding dress would be ready to pick up one month after I dropped it off. It wasn’t ready until almost three months later. The staff was unable to give me any information about why it was taking so long and instead would give me expected ready dates which would turn out to be wrong. This happened four times and was quite concerning. I did trust them with my wedding dress after all. When it was finally ready it came well cleaned and nicely packaged.

Hi. I'm on a mission to make this service (former Laundry Locker for us in SF, which was great!) work for me as well as Laundry Locker did. Every single time, unfortunately, there's an issue. :-( Today's issue: I taped a big message to my garment bag asking that ONLY ONE plastic bag be used to cover our clothes, no matter how many items we send to you (usually, it's two or three items). It's so wasteful, in my opinion, to use multiple bags. Today's order was returned in two plastic bags, even though there were only three items. Could you please pass this request on to whoever can make sure it will be fulfilled? I would hope you would use as few bags as possible for other customers as well. Thanks, Lynda

Two of out of two times my drycleaning has been delivered 3 days after the listed date and I have gone out of town and unable to retrieve it as planned. the app should list the correct date that it will be delivered, especially during the holidays where this has become quite a hassle.

While the clothing was altered well and made available same day, I was very unpleasantly surprised at the large bill. Had I known what the steep cost was, I certainly wouldn’t have proceeded with one of the garments.
