I have asked this question previous and would appreciate an answer please. I travel weekly for work. I need to reply on your pick up / drop off schedule for my building, 301 Executive Park Blvd. San Francisco. Previously we had a drop off and delivery schedule of M-W, W-F, F-M. My last order was dropped off on Monday 10/28 and not delivered until today Friday 11/1. The promise date in the app was Wednesday 10/30 and I need the sweater vest yesterday 10/31. I would not have even had it cleaned if I knew I would not have it for the event I was attending. Please share your pick up - drop off schedule for the building. This was the first and in all likelihood last time I will use your business. On all U.S. currency are the words: THIS NOTE IS LEGAL TENDER FOR ALL DEBTS, PUBLIC AND PRIVATE Your employee informed me it was "easier for the manager this way, not having to deal with cash." As a customer it was not easier for me . And I'm sure your cost of using credit card companies was passed on to me. Bad business all around.

I dropped off the clothes in a locker on Thursday, 10/10. You didn’t pick them up until Monday, 10/14. You didn’t deliver until Friday, 10/18. That’s 8 days from drop off to delivery. Laundry Locker used to do that in one day.

I came from Illinois and the same service would have cost me seven dollars, and you charged double. I do not mind paying to have my clothes dry cleaned, but I also do not like getting ripped off. So I will never be back there

No one ever (and I mean ever) picks up the phone when trying to reach customer service or to just ask questions. I have tried 20 times over a 24 hour period with absolutely no one answering the phone.

I was told there would be a pick up (via email) at my building last Sunday. I put my bag downstairs Saturday night....was then told you were sorry, but there wasn't a scheduled pick up until Monday (so much for pick up on demand). My bag wasn't picked up until Tuesday and my garment just arrived tonight (Thursday). I have to say, I was expecting much better from Mulberry's. I just moved here in August from San Francisco where I used Laundry Locker( then purchased by Mulberry) every week. Communication was awesome- dropped my clothes in the locker on a Monday and Tuesday evening it was returned. I also received a notice when things were picked up, a detail of what was picked up and a notice when they were returned to the locker. I was hoping that Mulberry's would have had the same stellar customer service - but that has not been the case. Sadly, disappointed. John Randall

I was really disappointed that my shirts weren't completed by when they said they would be. I intentionally dropped them off on Sunday, September 22nd afternoon so they would be picked up Monday morning and returned on Thursday, September 26th so I could have them for my Friday morning travel for a wedding this past weekend. Instead, they weren't dropped off until Friday and my flight had already left, so I had to go with different shirts.

Hello,I have been using Mulberrys/Laundry Locker for years, and your service quality In SF has declined to the point that it’s almost unusable. First, your app is very difficult to use and provides almost no useful functionality. The "locations" tab is missing many of your locker locations, and it's very difficult to place an order at a locker because the "order" pane often doesn't show any nearby lockers. I also find it strange that I can't place an order from the "locations" tab, which would be much more convenient than the way orders are placed in the app.Also, your lockers are falling apart. I usually use the lockers at 475 Sansome Street, and almost all of the lockers at that location are broken. Only 2-3 work, out of close to a dozen lockers. This location is also missing from your "locations" tab, even though it's available as an option on the "orders" page.Also, I find it very strange that Mulberrys/Laundry Locker now separates all my orders and delivers each part of my order separately. Laundry Locker never did this before it was acquired by Mulberrys, and this is a huge step down in service quality and convenience.All in all, the main selling point of these lockers is that they're convenient, but Mulberrys send to be doing everything in it's power to make them less convenient.

There was a dirt stain on my white blouse and it was still on the top when I picked up my order. Given the stain wasn't red wine or something like that, I had expected it to be taken care of during cleaning.

Our garnets where not returned when scheduled and we were not notified of the delay and had to follow-up ourselves with no response. 2 phone calls and an e-mail later, your response was to cancel the delivery and ask me to re-schedule?

My order was delivered two days after the promise date I was given. I needed these items for a special event and didn't have them available to wear, quite a bummer. I never had this problem with Laundry Locker.

This order was picked up on Monday September 9th and delivered on Friday September 13. Why does it take 5 days to clean a few dress shirts and one pair of pants? Formerly with Laundry Locker if they picked it up on a Monday it would be delivered the next business day. It was nearly automatic.Mulberrys charges more than Laundry Locker but is much slower. The cleaning quality is still top notch just like Laundry Locker. II'm just not sure what justifies the price increase for slower service. If anything, it should be cheaper.

It took 2 weeks to get my clothes back, 4 trips to the laundry lockers and multiple emails to mulberry. Not sure if I will use again for wash n fold. drycleaning worked well except for some reason some of my clothes were delivered one day and another shirt the next day.
