Good morning! Thank you for the opportunity to rate your service. Having recently moved to the DFW area from DC I had several items that needed to be cleaned - way more than the normal weekly need. I searched online and was excited to see a similar service to what I had in DC, a cleaner who offers pick and drop off service. In this case I dropped off my garments. In addition to flexibility, I was willing to try out the location due to the first time coupon that was available online - which had a meaning savings because of the volume I was dropping off. I mentioned this coupon to the person at the register when I dropped off clothes; however, no note was taken and no discount was given. In fact, the person who handed me my clean clothes said they were was nothing she could do because she had already run my credit card and that she had not seen any information or mention of my coupon. I showed it to her on my phone but too little to late. I know that this is not true and purely a lazy attempt to serve the next customer. My clothes are clean but I have a bad taste in my mouth.

1. My quilt was charged as a comforter ($49.99) rather than a bed spread ($34.99) 2. My promise date was originally a week from pick up, but then it took much longer than that without any prior notice. On the promise date, the delivery was not made and I had to contact customer service to find out what happened.

Hi, I left you a voicemail but couldn't get to your delivery service so left it on the store VM. I received my delivery today and I'm missing shirts and the garment bag. The stickers show 3 pieces and only two groups of 3 shirts 6 total shirts were delivered. Hi,I'd like to inquire about the pricing on my recent order (Item ID#s 85113448-85113450). My total to have my suit dry cleaned was $29.10. On previous orders with Laundry Locker, getting the same suit dry cleaned cost $17.66. Was there an error made in the pricing, or is it accurate that the price increased by 65% for the same service?Thank you, Matt

The Oder was scheduled for pickup on Friday, Aug 23 and delivery on Tuesday Aug. 27. It was not picked up until Tuesday and delivered today. Need to be able to count on the scheduled pickup.

This was my 1st time using Mulberry's in Edina. I had used the Mulberry's in Roseville a number of years ago as part of a corporate account and our family always had a great relationship there. Strike 1 The Edina location was not the experience I was looking for. I had a coupon for 50% off and asked a lot of questions when dropping off. Sadly I must have left the coupon in the car or at home. The gentleman said I needed to have the coupon at time of drop off to get the discount.A company such as Mulberry's pays thousands of dollars to advertise for new clients and business. If a person comes to your your door saying they are aware of a coupon offer and was willing to bring the coupon in later....it seems it would be a win-win for both the customer and the your company. I was told to get the coupon if I wanted the discount. I had 11 shirts and 6 prs of pants in my car.Luckily for me I never had to leave the parking lot as I dropped the coupon in the car. I registered at the store and received a bag for the rest of my cleaning and was told my cleaning would be done the following Tue.On Monday I received a notice my cleaning was done. I arrived at 7:00 to pick up my order. The gal was very friendly to the customer in front of me and educated him on the various cleaning products offered by Mulberry. She gave him a handful of free samples. Cool...I'm thinking. I've been looking for a new detergent and fabric softener.It's my turn now. The gal is getting my order but can find no record of my coupon. The reason for me driving this far is the 50% off and memories of great service....no wire hangers either.Strike #2 The great service went out the door with the last customer. Since I didn't leave my pants to be cleaned I'm expecting my order to be under $30...not $58. After a discussion the gal does see I'm not in the system prior to this order and charges me accordingly.I'm asking questions about the detergent and fabric softener. She had all kinds of info for the guy before me but now admits she has never used the products before. I'm not even allowed a single sample of any of the products. I'm sure I don't have bad breath or BO so am wondering why the difference in treatment?No worries... I might try this location again or more likely the one on Lyndale is a bit closer. The clothes look great...no wire hangers. I'm not sure in the long run if the price is worth it though. Time will tell. Thanks

Deposited my bag in Laundry Locker last Monday. App predicted pick up on Tuesday/ return on Friday. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a pick up notice Monday evening already. So you even got a head start on my order! Unfortunately though my laundry was not returned until today Monday. So, It took a full seven days to return my laundry! Laundry locker usually took two days during the week – for a lower price. Obviously I'm not impressed by these changes.

Laundry/dry cleaning says it’s delivered but it’s not. No one answers customer service at 4:30 in the afternoon and no way to leave a message and your app is really bad. I want laundry locker back. I order on their app and get Mulberrys and am trying to find out how I can switch back.

I called the Minnesota number to recieve a price quote for two down comforters the gal I spoke to quoted me at 24.95/each. When I went to pick up my items today I paid $119. Having a budget that I try to stick to, this completely threw off my entire month. It is very frustrating to be told one price and then to find out I owed double.I did experience good customer service at the store and am happy with how they turned out. However, the only reason why I came in the first place was because I had planned on the $24.95 price for both comforters.

My laundry was delivered in two separate packages, in two different lockers. Also, the prices have increased significantly. When I started using Laundry Lockers a few years ago, I paid $1.50 per shirt. Now it is $4.24! I find the recent increases under Mulberry to be outrageous and I'll be looking for an alternative, unless you can offer me a different price. Thank you.

The young Latino girl at the counter provided terrible customer service and had such attitude. All I was asking for is the price for my two items and she refused to provide that information and seemed upset that I even asked how much the dry cleaning would cost.... I’m still not sure why that was an unreasonable ask in her mind....

Hi. I just picked up my order at 3210 Folsom in SF, and I thought it included two items of clothing (the tag on the hanger also says "2 pieces.") However, only 1 item was returned.Also, I didn't get any emails about Laundry Locker becoming Mulberrys. Will the Laundry Locker app still work? And when I called your California number just now about my current order, the recording says "press 2" if your call is about "delivery." I then got a recording saying that was not a working extension, or something like that.In a separate message I sent earlier today, I also mentioned that when I try to go to My Account to pay my bill, it takes me automatically to the Schedule Pick-Up page. A bumpy roll-out for this SF customer!
