Delivery-SF StoreI have two issues with my Mulberry's service.1. I specifically requested the return of my original hangars. They are special suit hangers meant to hold both slacks and jacket. Instead, I was given individual hangars for the pants and the jacket. If possible, I would like my original hangars (or similar hangars) back.2. I accidentally left my white pocket square in one of my jacket's pockets. It is now missing.Despite these issues, I am satisfied with the actual cleaning job. The suits are clean, scent free, and undamaged.

Delivery-SF StoreIt took five days to return the items to me - either this was a one off in which case I would like to have been notified, or turnaround times have changed without communication.

Delivery-SF StoreI am very disappointed in the turnaround time now that Mulberrys has taken over Laundry Locker. It now takes 3 days instead of 1 and the prices have gone up. I am a frequent customer with a busy schedule so prompt service is important to me. I appreciate the convenience but will need to explore other options now. Why is the turnaround so much longer now??

Palo Alto StoreGarments were not ready when I went back at the time promised for them, and I had not received any prior notification that I shouldn't bother coming. So I had to make an extra trip to get them.They weren't completely clean when I did get them.

Delivery-SF StoreNo confirmation of pickup. No status updates on app. Delivery was performed in 2 separate batches on different days making me wonder where my other garments were after the first delivery.

Several things but to summarize the immediate pain point - I am extremely disappointed with the recent transition from laundry locker to Mulberry.
I placed my order on Thursday. Didn’t get a confirmation it was received or when expected delivery would be.
I have emailed a few times asking about my settings and no reply to date.Happy to chat further if you have any questions!

Delivery-SF StoreYou have given me a horrid bag to put my clothes in. It will fit two items. I send you sheets and a ton of dry cleaning. Your garment care bags are a joke. They are geared for two pieces. Check my orders.

Delivery MN StoreWhen I got my suits back there was an offensive perfume (Mulberrys signature scent?) on my suits. I did not appreciate having fragrance applied to my garments. Please ASK first instead of making fragrance the default! There was animal hair on my suits as well from other peoples cloths. I don’t have any animals. The Mulberrys barcodes are ironed onto my suits in conspicuous locations such as next to a waist button or under a collar tag which causes the tag to stand up irritating my neck. How about behind a pocket or UNDER the waist allowance on suit pants and the bottom of the side seam on shirts as standard locations for your barcodes. Minor issues to fix really but super annoying in the meantime.

Delivery MN StoreI selected mulberry’s for dry cleaning because of their record for environmental friendliness. However, despite these supposed cleaner methods, all my clothes smell like perfumy chemicals and will need to be aired out before I can put them away. I’ve never experienced this with a dry cleaners before - it never occurred to me to say keep the smells off my clothes when you clean them.
Otherwise my experience was fine. I was told that you would send me a price estimate after evaluating my clothes which never happened. On the other hand, you removed pilling off of some sweaters and a coat without me asking you to do so.
The clothes seem cleaner and nicer but they STINK. the benefits are not worth the costs, I’ll be looking for a new cleaners

St. Louis Park StoreHello,This was a super frustrating experience from start to finish. My order was not picked up Monday as scheduled. However, I received an email that it was picked up, so the info on the app and online was wrong (it always showed as being picked up when it wasn't). The driver did call to tell me he couldn't pick it up, then said he would be by first thing in the morning on Tuesday. By 1:00 p.m. no one had come so I emailed the concierge and it did get picked up that afternoon.I could not find accurate updates online/on the app since it was still showing as "picked up" from the day before. I did receive it back on time which I appreciated. My card was charged but I was not sent an email receipt until I requested it. I also wasn't sure if my coupon code was applied since I didn't have a receipt. The app is hard to use--my order was split up into multiple tickets so I could not really tell clearly what the charges and discounts were.I have communicated with the concierge about this and I really do appreciate their prompt responses. However, I feel that an additional discount should have been offered since I am a new customer and would like to be a regular customer. If this service worked seamlessly I would use it all the time, but I am hesitant at this point. I have spent a lot of time trying to sort this out and make sure my order was picked up--much more time than it would take for me to swing by the dry cleaners on my way home from work.Thanks very much for listening!

Delivery MN StoreMust have been a new (untrained) driver today. Driver left my dry cleaning on a chair in the foyer of our condo complex rather than in the proper closet in the foyer. Driver also delivered Cheryl Commers (402) dry-cleaning to my condo (202) and hung it on my door knob. Furthermore the driver did not pick up my dirty clothes bag that had been left in the foyer closet for pickup. Please give better direction to your drivers. Not a good day for this driver and it reflects poorly on Mulberries in general. Since I started using your service I have been generally happy and impressed with your company! Thank You!

Eagan StoreI dropped 6 shirts. When I received them back this is what I found:
-One polo white shirt is ruined while trying to get rid of minor stain. If you can’t fix it, that’s ok but I didn’t expect permanent damage of the color. Rep Hubert was trying to justify his reasoning without trying to understand the damage done.-Another Formal shirt was stained while pressing, that probably can be fixed according to Hubert. I didn’t want to laundry it again without wearing it. I requested him a credit in my account for this to use it for future service, but he said he would remember that when I visit next.I value your service and hope to have a better experience in the future.Syed Ahmed

Minneapolis StoreTook almost four weeks to finish my order entirely requiring three overall trips to the location instead of two. I was also promised it to be done in a week and nothing was done in that timeframe. Store attendant was awkward and spoke negatively spoke about the people doing cleaning and alterations. He did discount my rate but honestly I probably won’t go back after this.

Delivery-SF StoreI've been a customer of Mulberry's for many years and have been very satisfied with the service. However, we just got back a blue sport coat with leather elbow patches that unbeknown to us had been sent to the leather cleaner, and the cost to clean it was $84 (!) I wish that Mulberry's had contacted me first because I wouldn't have authorized a separate leather cleaning for elbow patches.

207 Berry St. StoreThe price was higher than what was quoted initially. Also I had asked for it to be delivered, the lady confirmed it then it never got delivered so I had to go pick it up. When I asked why it wasn’t delivered they said doesn’t say to be delivered and that sometimes that just happens where it changes in the system.
