Asked to have shirt dry cleaned to remove stains from rusty water that had dripped on the shirt and to be starched. Instead it was laundered and stains were not removed. Counter person did not tell me the stains had not been removed, or couldn’t be removed if that was the case. Near as I can tell it wasn’t starched either. Disappointing to get home, take the shirt out, and still find the stains.Also, I think it’s a little ridiculous not to accept cash. I’ve gone the other way and do my best not to use cards. Just my opinion.Counter persons were very nice. Turn around on item was fast.No follow-up needed/desired. Thanks for listening.

I looked at the pricing on the cards at the front of the store and thought that was accurate. Turns out that it was not, and all the prices were higher. One of my items smelled of BO and that was the only thing wrong with it in the first place. None of my items had stains on them, I just wanted to get rid of smell. Didn’t work. For the high prices I paid I was not happy. The nice hanger and fancy atmosphere of the place do not make up for poor quality work.

I specifically requested that my clothes be folded (and I paid for the folding service) as I had to pick them up and head to the airport. My clothes were not folded and I had to spend time in the taxi folding them myself!

I placed our order on Friday for a Monday mid-day pick-up. End of the rolls around and still no one here. We had to call to get someone to even come. They sent someone immediately so that was a plus. I get an email on Tuesday that the order is ready and would be delivered. End of Thursday, items have still not been delivered. Had to call yet again to get someone to deliver. If I ordered pick-up and delivery and we're paying for this service, I should have to call to question both times when someone is coming. Please improve this!!!

Charging for stains that I had No idea were there without approval is a money grab and not a premium service. I feel this happens without my approval no matter what I drop off. Almost every time. Not appropriate and I have lost trust in your business.

My experience was fine, but based on what you charge as compared to competitors I thought the service would be better. Gentleman whom helped me was very nice, but seemed to lack a lot of knowledge. He couldn't answer any of my questions and offered no solutions. When I asked about the delivery pick up service in my area he seemed unclear, and said I do not fit with on range ( I literally live less than 5 mins away from the store location) He was friendly and upbeat tho. In the past I have dealt with cashiers that are rude, aloof and more concerned with socializing with coworkers then addressing the 4-5 people waiting in line ( this has happened on a couple of occasions I have been there). People there seem untrained, unenthusiastic about working there and generally just not in pleasant moods.

My clothing did not get picked up on Monday. I dropped it off Tuesday. It was delivered on Thursday but the shirts were not folded as requested. When I called customer service I was told to speak with Chad in a week to get a refund for the folding charge. Overall I have been disappointed With some of the small service nuance challenges that seem to consistently happen. I appreciate the pick up and delivery option but the system needs additional refinement. Some of my customer service interactions have been less than stellar.

I could not find any way to contact you to make sure you understood my directions. You dry cleaned my cardigan sweater and knit shirt. They have been machine washed MANY times. Therefore, I was significantly overcharged. I had tried to let you know to wash my clothes rather than dry clean. Martha

1) order was not picked up at scheduled time. I had to call to follow up on scheduling 2) my comforters WRECKED!!! Should have been dry clean. There is a tear on one of newer comforters.

Was told initially everything would be ready on the 16th and it wasn’t, so had to come back the next day. The sweater had a small amount of spit up from my infant child on the shoulder that didn’t come out. And my biggest issue is the comforter we had cleaned. Not only did it come back looking like a wrinkled mess, the actual comforter inside the cover is completely bunched up and we can’t get it to lay flat.

The delivery guy hung the dry cleaning on the front door handle and we have a delivery room that you can hang the dry cleaning and pick up the bag of clothes for dry cleaning and I had to call for him to come back and pickup.

1. I dropped off my items on Sunday. I was told that items would be ready by Tuesday 5 p.m. I came on Wednesday at 9 a.m. and the items were not ready. This was very inconvenient as I expected them to be ready and was told they would be.2. I was not notified of the delay so I wasted my time stopping by the store.3. I was offered a discount on this current purchase for my inconvenience. But when I paid, i was told that the discount couldn't be added to this purchase as the order was completed and I was already using the 20% off discount for new customers. Instead they would credit my account for future purchase.I may not come back.

The app allowed scheduling on a day when no driver was in my area. The responses received from customer service were dismissive with the feeling that no one really cared about the customer’s experience. The tone of the their communications gave the impression that Mullberrys does not care about my experience as a customer. There was no apologie at any point, and nothing was done to rectify the situation until I voice my disappointment and said I would likely switch dry cleaners because of how things were handled. I hope Mullberrys takes action to improve service.
