Minneapolis StoreI brought in a two pair pants and a coat to the Mulberry Promenade, Eagan, MN. The pants on order 31019855 were dry cleaned and not creased when pressed. This is disappointing as I planned for both items for my upcoming business tripon Monday, Jan. 7. I have been a vocal supporter to friends of your operation and two of my friends have complained regarding the service provided. I thought these were unique incidents and now I have encountered an issue. I am preplexed as to why the pants were not creased. Is this type of service eligible for a refund, since I will now need to seek alternate clothing plans?

Delivery MN StoreUsually Mulberry's is very seamless - quality, on-time cleaning. We really struggled with this one, though. not only did the alteration we requested not get done as originally asked, when it was sent back out, we were promised a Friday delivery. we weren't notified that it didn't come and then called the store Monday and Tuesday, with no information on the coat or when we'd get it. It wasn't until I emailed on Wednesday that someone finally called. They were kind, and it was delivered same day (off schedule) which we really do appreciate. However, I need to trust that your service can just do the work as scheduled, I literally don't have the time to follow up with a toddler, a baby on the way and two full time parents. Thank you for understanding!

Delivery MN StoreIt is great that Mulberrys provides delivery service; however I asked that my shirts be delivered on Friday at 4pm and they arrived on Thursday afternoon and were hanging from my front door knob all day - not cool.

Palo Alto StoreWell, I dropped my clothes off on Friday ( I am a FIRST TIME customer) and was promised that my clothes would be ready on Monday. However, I then got an email informing me that they would be a day late..they were done on Tues. However, the experience left me with a bad feeling.It's not a great way to start a relationship with a new cleaner, especially when I needed clothes for a CEO client meeting.

Delivery-SF StoreThe service is fine, but whenever there is a new driver (I assume) the laundry is hung on our front door knob rather than returned to the hook on the fence on the left side of the house. Is there a way to leave persistent instructions on where to return the laundry?Thanks,

St. Louis Park StoreI was very disappointed yesterday to see the work that was performed on the pants I dropped off. All I had requested for was that the pants were steamed (delicate) and not even washed, but when I came to pick them up, they were very crinkly and the material looked stretched in certain areas. The top part of the pants was fine where there was no embroidery but most of the bottom of the pants was not done properly. The lady at the desk also agreed that it was not done correctly as she noted portions on the bottom steamed correctly while the majority was not properly done.I came to Mulberrys because it is considered a higher end store and with a delicate and expensive outfit, I trust Mulberrys to do a good job. I was very disappointed that I moved things around in my schedule, made the drive, and did not see the steaming done correctly. I am also now nervous of what it will look like when I pick it up finally. I really hope it does not get damaged. The pant was sent back to get re-steamed. I have an event I need to wear it for tomorrow and am still waiting to hear that it is ready for pickup.

2295 Filbert St. StoreHi, I submitted a short list of special care instructions for two items included in my wash+fold, and the store attendant had me pull them out so she could write the care on their tags. The instruction was not to machine dry and both items have been dried and shrunk. One was an $85 shirt and has shrunk considerably. Unfortunately this is the second time I've had items ruined in Mulberry's wash+fold and I don't know that I'll be back.

Minneapolis StoreI was emailed at 2:24 that my order was ready and at 5:15 when I went to pick it up, I was told that some of my items were still on the truck and not there and she could not give me an eta. I was told that they’d be there when the truck shows up.

Delivery MN StoreThis was my first time using a service like this. The convenience of placing an order through the app was great, however the app is very far behind in terms of updating. I came home after leaving my order out and saw that it had been picked up, however the app didn’t show it had been received. I contacted customer support who said it takes a bit to show up. So then late the next day it showed up as being picked up. It showed the drop off date as 9/13/18. I didn’t look back at the app until I got home the evening of 9/13/18 and saw that the comforter wasn’t returned even though the app switched the order to completed. I contacted customer support again and they said bedding takes longer and it will be there by 9/18. So on the day I got an email that it had been dropped off (yay!), but I got home and it wasn’t there. I emailed the office who responded the next morning saying it wasn’t dropped off to them. The next day, my neighbor from the building next to me came and brought me the comforter and told me it was dropped off to him. So this was a stressful and confusing experience and the communication for a first time customer was very very poor. I used Mulberry’s because I had a 50% off coupon (I would never spend $50 to get a comforter washed when you can get 24 hour service and one price for any size comforter for $19.99 down the street). I’m grateful I live in a close community so that the neighbor knew who I was to drop it off to me.

Delivery MN StoreIt took 2 tries to actually get my laundry picked up, the first was a no-show pickup, the second try I dropped it into a drop box. When returned, it was left in a locker that was NOT locked. I needed no code to open the door, thankfully my laundry was still there... my office was 30 feet away, and would have been an easy, secure drop off.

San Carlos StoreWhoever was picking up the laundry could not find it. All of my laundry was right outside of my apartment.
Kept calling me while I was at work in the important meeting. Then sent me angry messages saying that her or she was at my apartment for 20 min and couldn't reach anybody. Seriously? I have to be at home for you to pick up my stuff?
Please hire people who are able to drive to the location and find an apartment to pickup the order.

St. Louis Park StoreRequested launder and press of 2 blouses. Instead, items were dry cleaned. Manufacturer tags, still attached, clearly indicated machine washable. I will go elsewhere in the future.
