Delivery-SF StoreYour support is horrendous.1. You haven’t delivered one of my shirts out of two. It’s an expensive Cuyana white shirt.2. It was suppose to be 24 hours as this is a 24 hr laundry locker location but instead took five days! I had to go on vacation without my clothes.3. I’ve called, emailed and texted and received no response. I’ve documented all communication.Please contact me immediately regarding the shirt that has not been returned on the app it looks like it’s still in process, but it’s been nearly two weeks!!

2295 Filbert St. StoreOn Saturday August 24 I came in to Mulberry on 207 Berry St to have my scheduled clothes picked up. The women that was working there told me she couldn’t find my clothes and took her 30mins to find. She proceeded to give me a rude gesture and told me to come back another day. After 30 mins she found them. I then proceeded to pay for my items with cash but was declined. There was no apology for the inconvenience and instead she told me to please not come back! This will be my first and last time I will support this establishment! I will also continue to share my horrific experience on yelp and other platforms on social media!

Delivery-SF StoreI cannot get the kiosk to open to get my clothes out. The same thing happened in July and no one called me back. I had to call back a week later and they said the problem was fixed. I did get those clothes out but now I have the same problem with this order. I can’t get anyone to answer when I call and select that it is a delivery order. When I call and spoke to someone from the store side, she said she couldn’t help.
I was a loyal, long term customer of Laundry Locker. I have had nothing but problems since Mulberrys took over. It has been awful.

Delivery-SF StoreI went to pick up my order only to open the locker and find a hanger with a receipt and no clothes on it. I hope my clothes will be ready soon and this was an error. I’m pretty frustrated that I went in there to pick up an empty hanger.

Delivery-SF StoreI received two txt messages that my order was in multiple lockers. Upon arrival, only 1 locker had any of my clothes and left me wondering if I had my full order.Loosing confidence that my orders are well taken care of and fully accounted for when I don’t trust which locker(s) items are returned to.Other times, I’ve only received 1 txt and had items in 2 lockers.Looking at other options. Would appreciate some credit or discount to off set the annoyance and distrust with process currently.
