Got home and my pants had the creases pressed out of them only leaving the faintest hint of where the brand new pants line had been before. The style of the pant was clearly present when I brought them in to the shop. The pressing was clearly forced- and not even done that well.

I had a coat with a stain brought in to be dry cleaned. The stain did not come out so Mulberry offered to re-do the stain removal a second free of charge. For that I say Thank You. Eventually the stain did come out. However, when we dropped off the item the first time were told the item would be ready on Thurs at 5. When we arrived at the store we were told the truck would be late - OK that is understandable. Then when I picked up the coat on that Thurs I saw that the stain did not come out, the clerk gave me another ticket that said the item would be ready on Sat after 3. I arrive on Sat after 3 only to be told the item would not be ready until Mon after 3. I then called on Mon after 3 and was told it would not be ready until after 5. I asked if i would get an email telling me when it was ready for pick up and I was told Yes. I never got the email. I arrived after 7:30 to pick up the item. The system needs to be more accurate - correct day and time that items will be ready for pick up, be consistent with email notifications. Also, if the stain was properly treated and it did not take care of the stain, there should have been some note either in the system or on my receipt stating that. I seriously doubt that the stain was treated the first time.

I dropped off my dry cleaning on December 12th which included a down comforter and 6 shirts. The items were not delivered when I was told they would be so I called and found out that they had been delivered to the wrong address. It took a few more days for the items to be delivered and when they arrived, all 6 of the shirts were missing. I called and the person who answered the phone said that there was no record of shirts. I received a print out after I dropped off my items and the shirts were on there. I later learned that the person who took in my items had voided the shirts and that Mulberrys had no idea where they were. I had to call numerous times to ask what the status was and was given different phone numbers of people to contact. I received no answers and no one called me back like they said they would. Today (January 2nd), the shirts showed up without any explanation and I was still charged for the dry cleaning. It was almost a month ago that I dropped off the items and almost a month of me calling up and asking for updates and being told that someone would contact me. Nothing was done to resolve the issue and instead I was left frustrated and mad.

I specifically requested that you repair a dress and replace a button on a blazer. Neither was done. This is the first time Im using your wash and fold service and I am very disappointed with the outcome. I had 3 large bags of laundry including mens, womans, boys and girls clothing. Everything came back mixed up, folded haphazardly and wrinkled. This is not what I was expecting to open when I opened the bags of clean laundry. there was no care put in to folding the clothes, it is very clear that it was done in a rush manner. Just as an example; Out of 10 shirts for my kids, they are all folded a different way, some of them not even folded, just kind of "put together". I had to refold EVERY.SINGLE.ITEM. It took me longer to organize/refold and iron the items I sent to you than It would have just taken me to do the laundry myself. I am very disappointed.

I received an empty blue express bag. I didn't receive the pair of pants or shirt from Tuesday's pick up. I was told by the Nic on Fifth concierge that there was no other items delivered with my name on them. I'm more surprised than anything, but would like to make sure I'll get the clothes back. Suede jacket was sent to an external vendor that specializes in leather / suede cleaning. The jacket was returned with a tear in the inside lining and a 2 inch permanent mark on the suede. The jacket was purchased in Fall of 2017, and was lightly worn before being cleaned. Denim staining around the waist line was the reason for the cleaning, those stains were removed. I blindly trusted Mulberry’s to handle this level of garment... bummed it came back in worse shape. Definitely never setting foot in Mulberry’s again and allowing them to send my garments out to external vendors. What a waste!

i am completely distraught as a i write this. i had a leather jacket cleaned. after i arrived home, i noticed that there were several flaws with my garment resulting from the cleaning, and that additional service had been performed by Mulberrys, which unfortunately has ruined the original appearance of the jacket. 1) the wire that is inset in the collar of the jacket has been broken in many places, rendering it useless. Part of the wire is also sticking out from the seam. i imagine this occurred during some sort of heat/pressing that was done. 2) almost all of the silver hardware on the jacket has black coating on it, presumably from whatever coloring was added to the jacket. This is unacceptable. 3) color/dye was added to the jacket, ruining the two-tone, garment washed appearance of this garment. this two-tone look was inherent to the original style, and the jacket now appears solid black. I have no idea why this was done, as a cleaning was requested, and adding color/doing repairs was not requested. It looks terrible. 4) the leather was pressed. this was a vintage-look jacket, the retailer uses a specialty tanning process to achieve this look. now the leather looks completely flat, and much of the grain is no longer visible. The jacket looks terrible. much like a PU jacket, and much cheaper looking than when it was dropped off at your facility. I'm beside myself. I have no idea how all these issues would be resolved without replacing this garment, and refunding the cleaning charge. Luckily the garment is still available in retail, so my expectation is that Mulberrys replaces it.
