St. Louis Park StoreI was initially informed that my items would be ready after 3pm on Saturday. I arrived around 4pm and was told that the truck had not yet arrived. This ordinarily wouldn’t be a big deal, however, I was planning to wear one of the dresses to a wedding on Sunday. Adriana went above and beyond— she called me about a half hour after I’d left to let me know that the truck had arrived and that my dresses were there. She also gave me a discount for the inconvenience. She was very kind and I appreciated all of her work!

St. Louis Park StoreI was pleased with the dry-cleaning, and the driver was great! My biggest issue was with the online aspect. It wasn't clear to me if someone was actually coming to my house to drop off a "welcome package," so when it got later in the day (around 5pm or so), I assumed it was a generic email, and I scheduled a pickup. Then I saw there was a $30 minimum charge for an order to be picked up, so I canceled the order. Then my driver showed up and took my items. Since I kept getting text messages about when drivers were in the area, I wrongly assumed that I would get a text message giving me an idea on the cost of my item or letting me know when it would be returned. I was pleasantly surprised that the price was cheaper than what was listed online, but I didn't realize I had to log-in to see what my cost was. (I'm not saying that it wasn't also on my part for not reading. Just letting you know that for me, it wasn't super clear, since I've never used this service or any dry cleaning service before.) My item was delivered, and then days later, I got an email saying it was delivered. Then yesterday, my driver showed up for the order that I'd cancelled. So overall, I'm pleased, and I now know what to expect. And my dress looks great! But I think the online portion is a little clunky.

St. Louis Park StoreSnow had drifted up to block the door, so I needed to go through the adjacent wig store and back hallway to get to Mulberry's. However, staff were very accommodating and helpful, and my order was completed before the anticipated pick up time and was well done. The difficult access on that particular day is the only reason for not rating my experience as 5 stars.

St. Louis Park StoreThe cashier billed me incorrectly so I had to take time out and call to get it corrected. I was then told to call back a few days later since the individual who could correct my bill was not available. It was a dragged out inconvenience that was unnecessary.
