You can sign-up for home delivery on our website or our free app. Once you’re signed up for dry cleaning delivery, just click on “schedule pickup” and pick the date that you would like your pickup. Then place your clothes in a bag outside your front door, inside a locker, or at your building’s front office. We will pick up your clothes and return them on your selected delivery date.

We know you are busy and do all we can do to accommodate rush home delivery. In certain locations, Mulberrys offers 48 hour delivery for an additional charge. Feel free to text or call our concierge to determine if this applies to you.
It can vary from building to building, but generally we create a centralized pickup and delivery location within your building. An example of this would be your management office or a main floor lobby closet. Your items are picked up and delivered to this location. We also have lockers in a number of buildings. Most individuals and couples typically use a small bag of laundry every week. Most families will use a big bag every week. If the wash and fold plan you initially selected does not suit your needs, you can change your plan at any time. The new plan will take effect as soon as your current plan expires. The large bag is 11″X22.5″x16″ and the small is 10.25″x17.5″x14″
No problem! You can still select any upgrades you like on the preferences page. Your base wash & fold will be included in your plan and any upgrades such as special soap, dryer sheets, or other available upgrades will be charged separately and billed to your account on a per order basis.

If you are subscribed to a Berry Bag plan there is no minimum order. If you are a pay by the pound customer we charge a $30 minimum to account for the cost of pickup and delivery. It is fine to send in less, and we will just charge $30 for whatever you send in.
No problem. Should your usage exceed the amount of your plan, you will be charged the standard per pound rate for any pounds over your plan amount.
The laundry plan is monthly from the date you sign up for the plan. After 11:59 pm on the end date, any remaining balance in your account will be removed.
Your monthly laundry plan will automatically renew at 11:59 pm on the end date of your plan. To cancel the plan click on the cancel button.
All transactions are based on the day your order is picked up. That means that if you place your order on the 15th, but it is not picked up until the 16th, and your plan expires on the 15th, your order will be credited to the next month’s balance.
Sorry, but our laundry plans are such a great deal that they may not be combined with any other offers. Other discounts and offers will be applied to any charges not associated with your laundry plan (upgrades, dry cleaning, etc.). Discounts may not be used to purchase laundry plans.
These plans are only for wash & fold orders. Dry cleaning and laundered shirts are charged per piece as part of our dry cleaning service.
The monthly laundry plans are not available for wholesale or commercial accounts.
Sorry, but no refunds will be issued for partially or completely unused laundry plans.
Automatic renewal of laundry plans may be terminated at any time by clicking the button labeled Cancel Plan. The plan will remain active until 11:59 pm of the last day of your plan, at which time your plan will not be automatically renewed.
Laundry plans cover the cost of basic wash and fold. Any extra services, such as detergent upgrades or rush orders are additional and will be charged per order.
We service the Minneapolis-St. Paul and San Francisco Bay area. You can find your nearest location or see if we pickup and deliver here. We can pick up and drop off the items directly to your house or you can drop off your dirty bag and collect your cleaned items from one of our store locations.

Dry cleaning is the process of cleaning clothing with a solvent other than water, hence the term “dry”. Traditionally, dry cleaning has been performed using a chemical called perchloroethylene or “perc”. In perc-based dry cleaning, clothes are placed in a large machine resembling a washing machine, soaked in perc and detergent, and then heat dried. While effective at removing oil-based and other stains, perc is a known carcinogen and ground water contaminant. Laundry locker by Mulberrys is a great 24/7 option for dropping off and picking up your dry cleaning and wash and fold. Simply find your nearest locker via the schedule pickup page of our website our mobile app, schedule a pickup, place your clothing inside the locker, and enjoy your day! When your order is complete a Mulberrys delivery driver will text you the locker number and passcode, so you can pickup your finished items. We’ve made it easy to book a house cleaning appointment with Mulberrys with our online form. On the form, you’ll be able to tell us a little about yourself, what time and date work best for you, what type of cleaning service you need and any extra services you’d like to add on.
Please prepare your home by taking care of organizational tasks such as picking up toys, putting away clothes, and other household items that you would want to tidy yourself. No. Your cleaners will provide all of the environmentally-friendly, toxin-free cleaning supplies for each cleaning service.
You can pay for your house cleaning with a credit card on our online form as you’re booking the service. We pay our house cleaners competitive wages so no gratuity is required.
We understand if you need to cancel or reschedule your house cleaning appointment. We do ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 50% of the cleaning cost.
Most of our cleaners are comfortable working around pets, but we do ask that you secure them while our cleaners are in your home so they can be at their most comfortable and efficient. If your pet does not like being in a kennel, that’s completely fine – we only ask that you introduce your pet to your cleaner because a friendly introduction can go a long way.
No. It’s completely up to you whether you would like to be home during your cleaning. If you aren’t planning on being home, simply leave a key and we’ll take care of everything.
We stand behind our house cleaning service, and we guarantee that you’ll be happy with our work. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, however, please contact us within 48 hours so we can evaluate your house cleaning to meet your expectations.
