Palo Alto StoreService was excellent! Timely, good quality, the staff was very nice. They explained to me the free pickup/dropoff service which I may try. My only thought is that the prices are quite high!

St. Louis Park StoreThe dress was dry cleaned twice because the first time the stain did not come out. I came to pick it up after the first dry cleaning and was offered to have it done again because the stain didn't come out. I would have preferred a phone call letting me know that option existed instead of taking time out of the day to pick it up and it wasn't ready. I appreciate that it was done twice and was only charged once it was just an inconvenience to come down there twice. Other than that, I was completely satisfied! Thank you!
